ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates Oracle JD Edwards, 3rd party supporting business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
 
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
·         Requires at least 5-10 years of experience in the field.
·         Strong JDE experience in the following modules
o   Inventory Management
o   Pricing (Basic and Advanced)
o   Purchasing
o   Accounts Payable
·         Prefer JDE experience in the following modules
o   Sales Order Management
o   Container Management
o   Contract Billing
·         Strong experience with the Microsoft Office software suite.
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.
·         Understand naming conventions and table structure in JDE .
·         Implementation or upgrade experience with E1 for one of the following releases:
8.10, 8.11, or 8.12.
·         Mentoring and communication skills to train and transfer knowledge effectively.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to prepare routine correspondence.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience.
 
INTERACTION:
Position interacts with all levels of the organization as well as external customers.
