JD Edwards & Create!form Print Design

For documents that need to be printed only, the spool files should contain following pieces of information.

1. CF Printer Queue (DEV, VAL, ... PRD)
2. CF Number of Copies (integer number)
3. Optional - CF Archiving (Y/N)

For documents that need to be emailed to customers, vendors, or internal users, the spool files should contain following pieces of information.

1. CF Email Queue (DEV, VAL, ... PRD)
2. CF Number of Copies (integer number)
3. Optional - CF Archiving (Y/N)

Please note. Customer or vendor record need to be setup in Who's Who table, F0111, along with their email address in Internet Address table, F01151.

For documents that need to be faxed to customers, vendors, or internal users, the spool files should contain following pieces of information.

1. CF Fax Queue (DEV, VAL, ... PRD)
2. CF Number of Copies (integer number)
3. Optional - CF Archiving (Y/N)

Please note. Customer or vendor record need to be setup in Who's Who table, F0111, along with their phone number in Phone Numbers table, F0115.
